Erica is our Director of Operations. Based in Washington state, she manages backend systems, provides client support, and works closely with Susie to keep everything running seamlessly. A proud mom to her 10-year-old son, Erica knows the value of staying organized—both at work and at home.
When she’s not supporting clients or fine-tuning systems, you’ll likely find her outdoors hiking, camping, or tending to her garden. She brings the same balance of structure and creativity to her role that she enjoys in her everyday life.
