After attending a Professional Organizer’s conference in 2021, I invited three other pro organizers at a similar stage in business to start meeting together on a regular basis in a Mastermind Group. Liz (Coastal Organizing), Jen (The Orderly Space), and Tracy (Organize Simply) and I started meeting every other week to listen, support, encourage, brainstorm, advise, set goals, get accountability, and share resources with each other. When an issue comes up, we’re only a text away. We’ve also invited in Guest Speakers on topics of interest for individualized coaching.
There is nothing I’ve done in my business that has made as big of an impact as this group has. All our businesses are more profitable as a result of our Mastermind Group, but the best part has been making new friends along the way. It’s not so lonely being the boss anymore. Our meetings are the highlight of my month and I strongly believe that life and work are better with meaningful connections. After seeing the impact in my own life, I wanted to create those same opportunities for others.

- 1. Monthly Hot Seats: a time for sharing, advice, accountability, questions, and deep dives into current challenges
- 2. Monthly Topic Discussions: a time for everyone to share and swap resources on a set topic (see above)

- Meetings are 90 minutes from 12:00pm-1:30pm PST/3:00-4:30pm EST

MEET SUSIE
Susie started Systems by Susie, her Professional Organizing business, in 2014 in Annapolis, Maryland. She now leads a team of 17 amazing women who allow her to help more clients and work fewer hours. She’s all about SYSTEMS, both in client’s homes and in her business. She has worked hard over the years to build a sustainable and successful organization business that relies on efficient systems and the hard work of her dedicated team members. She loves nothing more than connecting business owners to resources that help them grow and achieve their version of success.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A MASTERMIND GROUP
Fill out the application and Susie will reach out to you to schedule a 15-minute phone call to see if it’s a good fit. We intentionally limit the size of the groups to 7 organizers per group.
Susie will match you with other organizers who are in a similar place in their businesses. Curating groups and connecting others is her speciality!
We’ll send you an invoice and get you onboarded. Once you’ve been placed in a group, we will send you all the dates so you can block off the times for our bi-monthly meetings and guest speaker sessions.
