Overview of Role:
Systems by Susie Professional Organizers is looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized individual to join our amazing team of professional organizers. If you love creating order, enjoy helping people, and aren’t intimidated by messy spaces, this is the perfect role for you.
Hours:
- 15-20 hours/week, Weekdays, Flexible Schedule, Hours not guaranteed
- Shift: 9 am – 2 pm, (additional travel time before and after shift may be required)
- Status: Part-Time Employee Position
Compensation Range: $20-26
Responsibilities:
- Sort, declutter, and organize client homes (closets, kitchens, garages, offices, etc.)
- Create organizing systems using containers, labels, and storage solutions
- Assist clients with editing/purging items in a kind, nonjudgmental way
- Upload photos, track time, and complete simple project documentation
- Transport donations or supplies when needed (mileage reimbursed)
- Assist with concierge moves: decluttering, packing, unpacking, and organizing
Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb stairs, and work on your feet all day
- Reliable transportation to jobs within a 45 mile radius from Arnold, MD
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
- Tech-savvy with smartphone and cloud apps
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and takes initiative
- No allergies to pets, dust, or fragrances
