THE MEMBERSHIP PLAN

Our goal is to make your home the haven that it is meant to be, without you spending all of your free time trying to make it work.

  • The membership plan is perfect if you are looking for a cost-effective way to have your whole home organized.
  • Have peace of mind knowing we’ll always be there to help – during sessions and in between!
  • Regular visits (at least four per year) allow our team to better understand you and your family’s needs, rhythms, and preferences.
  • Seasonal transitions are a snap with a membership. We’ll be there to help you swap out systems, closets, decor and more!
  • Flexibility is built in, so we can accomplish your goals. You get first priority when it comes to scheduling.
  • Members always enjoy $10 our current organizing hourly rate. Most save $300-1800 annually.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are so glad you asked!

  • Enjoy a minimum of 15 hours of organizing per quarter. There is no maximum to the number of projects or organizing hours you can use as a member.
  • Lock in your discounted rate for all of 2025 and beyond. As a member, your rate is always $10 per hour lower than our standard rate, as long as you are enrolled in the program.
  • First priority in advance scheduling (Crucial for busy Q4 and working around your commitments!)
  • Direct access to Susie and your dedicated project manager via text to ask questions or troubleshoot issues between sessions
  • A welcome gift and the occasional treat!
  • A comprehensive whole-home consultation culminating in a detailed plan for organization and product recommendations for each space (about 10 hours of behind-the-scenes work for each membership client before we even start organizing).

Base Pricing:
$1,400 per quarter – This includes organizing hours on-site and project management (design, sourcing, off-site tasks and administration). The overall cost may vary depending on your spaces.

Additional Costs:

  • A one-time, in-person whole home consultation fee of $300 will be charged up front for new members. 
  • Product costs are in addition to the organizing time and fees. These costs vary by project, but an estimate will be put together for you after the initial consult.

As a prospective member, you’ll go through a robust consultation process during onboarding.

We will visit your home and go over your priorities for the space and give our expert opinions on what would work best for you and your family. Then, your project manager will work with team support to create a plan for both the flow of organizing sessions and product recommendations.

This information will be sent to our admin team, who will create a proposal for you with projected costs for both organizing and products.

Now that you’ve got your custom pricing: you can officially join our SxS Membership!

  • Members always receive $10 off per organizing hour! Our hourly organizing rate for non-members in 2025 is $95, but $85 for members. This is an estimated annual savings of $300 – $1800+, depending on how many spaces we organize. 
  • In addition to annual savings, the quarterly payment structure gives members the ability to spread out their financial investment of getting their entire home organized throughout the year.
  • Our most custom experience: As we come into your home on a regular basis, we get to know your space and you and your family (from routines to preferences). This ensures that you get the best solutions that fit your personal situation and style.
  • DIY No More: We save you time and energy, not to mention all those nights and weekends you would have spent decluttering, shopping for products, setting up systems, and labeling.
  • We lighten the mental load: decluttering and organizing takes a series of decisions and added stress. We’ll walk you through the hard task of editing your belongings and design systems for you that allow you to make fewer daily decisions. Keep your mind free for the important things in life!
  • Even if you or your partner is skeptical, we will win you over – we always do! It’s hard to understand the impact organization can make on your day-to-day life. Once you experience organization first hand, you’ll want systems in every room of your home – which makes the membership (and its discount) the perfect option!
  • Side effects may include: smooth mornings, carefree weekends, not needing to tell your partner/child(ren) where things are… You may not know what to do with all of your new free time, but we recommend doing more of what you love (with those you love)!

Quarterly Deposit: Your account will be auto-billed a $1,000 deposit on the first day of each quarter.

Remaining Balance: After each organizing visit, a final invoice will be prepared reflecting final product cost and any additional fees incurred during the project. We always do our best to come in at or below the original estimate we gave you (see below)! Any changes/overages will be discussed with you up front.

Full Transparency When You Sign Up: After your initial consultation, we will create a custom proposal for you with projected costs for both organizing and products. 

Memberships are ongoing until you cancel. We would certainly hate to see you go, but fortunately there are no cancellation fees for memberships beginning in 2025!

New this year! Memberships will automatically roll over into 2026, so we can keep the peace of mind coming. Continue to have us organize more spaces, or we can return to refresh spaces from the previous year. At refreshes, you likely won’t need many new products, so expect those costs to decrease dramatically.

In December of each calendar year, we will check in with you to see what spaces you would like to prioritize for the following year. At this point, you can also choose to opt out of the membership program for the next year, if you’d like.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP

You’ll be the first to know when enrollment begins for 2025 by joining the waitlist.
Once we get rolling this fall, you will go through the process outlined below.

Fill out the interest form and our admin team will be in touch to discuss your needs and schedule your consultation.

Next is an in-person, whole-home consultation with our Organizing Manager and Team Support Manager. The cost for this is $300.

Receive a detailed estimate listing the total investment for each space, including both services and organization products.

Welcome to Membership! Once you decide to join, we will send you all the onboarding forms and begin scheduling your sessions.
