In light of Covid-19, we’ve updated our health & safety policies. Our policies are subject to change based on the CDC and State of Maryland recommended guidelines.

Covid Policies

We are doing everything we can to keep both our employees and clients safe during this pandemic.

We are taking the following precautions:

Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultations are always an option, and will be the standard moving forward.

We will schedule a time when we can Facetime or use Zoom for you to show us your space and discuss how we can help you get organized.

Health & Wellness

If anyone in our team member’s household is sick or displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, we will not enter your home.

We will confirm that everyone is healthy before each session and there will be no cancellation fees due to illness.

Social Distancing

Organizers will practice social distancing in your home whenever possible and we ask that you and your family members do the same.

We’ll have to save the hugs for when it’s safe in the future!


As of Monday, March 14, 2022, we are no longer requiring our team members to wear masks; however, you can always request that they do so while working in your home. Just let Erica know when you schedule or let the lead organizer know when the team arrives. They will have masks with them.

Masks are optional for you and your family during your organizing session.


We are waiving all cancellations related to illness. It’s always better to be safe than sorry, so if or your family member shows any signs of illness, please let us know right away and we will reschedule your session. Likewise, if our team members or their families have any symptoms, we will call you to reschedule.

That depends on the job and the space. If it is a small room, we will only schedule one organizer who will come over multiple days. If there is space to allow for social distancing, we will send more than one organizer.
